Our house is located at almost 1000 meters above sea level on the edge of the forest in the climatic health resort of Semmering. We have 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen on a total of about 320 m². NEW: Free shuttle throughout the stay. The nearest ski area (with ample parking) is 5 km away. For children we have a well-equipped playroom.

We rent out our beautiful, quietly located vacation home on the Semmering, in a green oasis of well-being. The Zauberberg ski resort is just a 10-minute walk away. Stuhleck, with around 26 kilometers (16 miles) of slopes, is 5 minutes away by car. The house has a balcony and a south-facing garden with a unique panoramic view. Enjoy the ski slopes in winter and the beautiful nature and hiking trails in summer. PS: Tourist tax of €2.50/day extra.

The family-friendly apartment is located on the first floor of a new residential complex in the St. Sebastian district. Within walking distance you will find both the Bürgeralpe ski slope and ski school (approx. 3 minutes), as well as shopping (Spar, Billa). In about 5 minutes you can reach the beautiful Lake Erlauf (by car). The center of Mariazell with its beautiful basilica and some shops can be reached in about 25 minutes on foot.
