A 4x4 car is recommended but not necessary if you are willing to walk the last 100 meters. Important: it is off grid and so it has very limited electricity and only cold running water. Rúmgóð fjölskylduíbúð.

Friðsæl staðsetning. Góð sundlaug í næsta nágrenni. Stutt út í náttúruna. Skemmtileg söfn á svæðinu. Margt fallegt að sjá og skoða í nágrenninu. Örstutt á skíðasvæði. Gömul silfurbergsnáma. Gönguleiðir. Af og til eru hreindýr á svæðinu og selir liggja gjarnan á steinum við fjöruborðið. Við rétt skilyrði yfir vetrartímann birtast norðurljósin, oftast græn en stundum rauð. Sólarupprásin getur verið mjög falleg.

Our cabin is small but very comfortable. It has a lot to offer, peaceful surroundings, surrounded by greenery and tall trees, if you don't like birdsong then this is not the place for you. Located only about 5 to 10 minutes from the town center by car.
