You can use the lunch/dinner area, bathroom (shower), the kitchen and in the summertime the garden. Also you can use the fridge and the freezer. A continental breakfast is included. You have to prepare the breakfast for yourself. Until 7pm you can cook for yourself but you could eat for dinner with us – then we ask you for a contribution of 4€ per dinner. The extendabel bed has a lying surface of 1,35 x 2 m. In the guestroom there is no TV. Towel and hairdryer are also included. If you come by car there is a possibility for parking in front of the house. Per day it costs 4€. In the case you want to book the parking place, please let me know in the request. In the near of the house there is a park with a small river where you could walk and go out. By the public traffic you can reach the city in 30 to 40 min. There are good connections. In any case, first you have to take the bus to the next train (S-Bahn/city train or U-Bahn/Underground). In Munich there are a lot of possibilities to spend your free time with cinema, theatre, culture and so on. After your check-in you get a lot further information. Also you could make a lot of trips to the mountains or beautiful lakes by train. In the case you intend to stay longer than your reservation, it is only possible via airbnb!

You will stay in an old hostel house in Haidhausen. In the immediate vicinity there are many bars, cafes and nice little shops. House and garden are an oasis of tranquility. Tram, U-Bahn and S-Bahn are less than a 5-minute walk away and you can walk comfortably to Marienplatz in 15 minutes. The room is located on the second floor and has its own toilet and sink.
