Our cozy apartment is located in the very center of Odessa a few minutes from Deribasovskaya street, in a quiet courtyard of old Odessa. A well-lit street with lots of green trees and cafes where you can have a cup of coffee and get some fresh air. The apartment itself has everything you need for a comfortable and hassle-free vacation. This is a two-floor apartment – on the first floor, there is a studio and kitchen with a folding sofa and a huge bathroom; on the second floor, there is a spacious bedroom with a large window.

В здании есть подземная парковка ( 1 парковочное место включено в стоимость проживания) , которая служит одновременно и навесом, и местом для парковки. Апартаменты расположены в 5 минутах от моря, недалеко от пляжа Золотой Берег (между Большим фонтаном № 16 и дачей Ковалевского). Будем рады Вас видеть.

A cozy apartment in the most comfortable area. Opposite the beautiful Pobedy Park, the park has a lake, recreation areas and cozy cafes. The sea is 10 minutes away on foot. Convenient transport junction. 5 minutes' drive to the Arcadia district, where nightclubs, restaurants, shops, beaches, Hawaii water park are concentrated. Easy to get to the historic city center or the train station. There are grocery stores and a mini-bazaar near the house, you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables.
