Its superb location,just 3 minutes walking distance from Old Town is surpassed only by the spectacular views from its large terrace and balcony. On the ground floor there is large, confortable living room,a full eat-in kitchen,and a bathroom with bath tub.The living room opens onto a large terrace equipped with table and chairs. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor which consists of two bedrooms;master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and balcony,and 1 guest room.Bedroom 1 is with air condition and the king size bed.Bedroom 2 has acces to the balcony,a fen and a queen size bed.There is also a day bed in the living room that can sleep 1guest. .

This is a modern apartment situated in quiet area. It has a private entrance. Buza 2 cocktail bar and swimming point are 50 m away where you can have a drink and enjoy sunset or have a swim and cliff diving. Location of apartment is great. It takes 5 minutes to get to Old port where you can buy tickiet for one day trips to nearby islands. It takes around 10 minutes on foot to get to Banje beach, 5 minutes to entrance of city walls and less then 5 minutes to grocery store, museums, cathedral..
