This 800 sq ft suite is an open concept with a large living area and dinning area. There is a queen sized bed, a twin bed, and option of a queen air mattress. There is a 3/4 bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) and closet. No kitchen but there is a microwave, air fryer, coffee pot, and mini-fridge. You’ll also have free on premise parking, a private entrance, and high speed internet.

Due to the large bath, there is no separate shower but there is a handheld shower. Lastly, enjoy latest streaming shows/movies on 55 inch w/Bose surround sound by the fireplace. Absolutely gorgeous quiet convenient with garage

Private suite located on the lower level of our home, with direct entry through the garage via key code. Guests love having immediate access and NO STAIRS!!! 8 Minutes from both main interstates. 15 minutes to downtown, the ballpark, zoo, shopping, and 20 minutes to the airport. A full-service grocery store is just 2 minutes away, offering a pharmacy, deli, pizza, liquor, and a Starbucks. Excellent restaurants are nearby, as well as Dunkin' Donuts, which features a drive-thru for convenience.
