Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. The village Hammar is very small and peaceful, a perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation. Livingroom with sofabed and TV. Sleeping room 1. with 3 beds, sleeping room 2. with a double bed. Cozy house near beach meadows, cliffs and the sea

In the middle of Österlen, in the charming fishing village of Brantevik, this cozy house is located just 300 meters from the sea. Here you can enjoy the tranquility with the lush garden outside the windows, take a dip in the sea, stroll along the beach meadows, or read a good book in the hammock. If the weather is bad, you can warm up in the Jacuzzi, sauna or in front of the fireplace. The garden has a patio on both the front and back (east/north/west), so both breakfast and dinner can be eaten in the morning sun. Charcoal grill (Weber) is available.

Welcome to a peaceful stay in my cozy two-room apartment! You will live in your own house, my annex, with access to your own patio. In front of the house there is a green area, you wake up to birds chirping every morning. Quiet and comfortable in a cul-de-sac. The apartment consists of a living room, kitchenette, furnished corridor, bedroom with a couple of beds (they can be attached together) upstairs. Toilet, shower room, sauna, hall and laundry room on the lower floor. There is a small fridge, a couple of hotplates, microwave and coffee maker.

Welcome to an idyllic guesthouse dating back to you! Here you live peacefully among fields and greenery in the completely renovated stable which is a 1.5 level villa of about 150 sqm. The accommodation has a large landscaped garden, "Ola's garden", which is 100 years old. The garden is full of leafy trees, flowers and plants that make every season unique. There's also a pond, a rose walkway as well as a lot of berries and fruits. The house has a sauna and a fire place. The bus to Simrishamn and Ystad stops right outside the house.

Welcome to Happy Dogs Ranch For our guest that are traveling with small children please refer to the guest safety section. The Nest is just 15sq meters but has a view that is unmeasurable. It is the perfect retreat for true animal lovers. Designed for two people, the Nest has a full kitchen, bathroom with shower, double bed 140x200 and a view into the riding arena, where you can watch the activity. I think of it as our safari room.

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
