Great location, within a gated community, spacious house in Itaipava, with a fully equipped leisure area, private pool, barbecue grill, wood-fired oven, fireplace, and freezer. The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 en-suites. We have a great, fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, sandwich maker, and coffee maker. Room with balcony and deck, with wonderful living room, equipped with cable TV. Air conditioning in all rooms. PET-FRIENDLY! We accept dogs and cats. Check for more than 2 pets
