Imagine spending your vacation in a brand new, spacious two-room apartment, just 20 meters from the picturesque Pärnu river. The apartment is ideal for families with children, there is a small playground in front of the terrace. There is also enough space for children to run around in the yard. City center is about 1 km away (about a 15-minutes walk). The apartment has a private parking place, TV with various applications and TV channels, free Wi-Fi. Both are within short walking distance, to the beach about 10 minutes and to the city centre about 5 minutes. Next to the house you will find one of the most beautiful parks in Pärnu - Koidula park. Also, bars, pubs, old town, kids playgrounds and shopping centres are really close. For all tennis enthusiasts - tennis court is right next to the house!

The house is located on the same property as our family home, but it is still private and conveniently accessible. The nearest grocery stores and petrol station are located in Selja (4 min) and Sindi (9 min).
