The ideal little Pessac cocoon on a budget

It is a cocooning studio in the heart of Pessac nicely decorated and arranged . Adjoining our winemaker's house, this studio of 15 m2 has a bedroom arranged on a mezzanine with access by a meuniere ladder. The bed has new bedding and is 140*190. Duvet and pillows provided. The price does not include bed linen + towels or cleaning. However, we can exceptionally help you out and provide you with linens and do the cleaning for a flat fee of €15.

Located close to the airport, the city of Bordeaux as well as on the discovery paths of Landes beaches and Aquitaine vineyards, it is with great pleasure that we welcome you throughout the year.
