Free sauna is available in the condominium. Netflix. Free parking is available 2-4 hours during the week. On weekends it is free. Possibility to hire a car place in the yard. Cash pay.

Asunto on raikkaasti pintaremontoitu ja 6. kerroksesta on vehreä näkymä Hämeenpuistoon. Suljettuina ikkunat pitävät hyvin kadun äänet loitolla. Talossa pieni hissi. Asunnossa on moottoroitu parisänky ja vuodesohva (n.120cm), iso televisio, netti, pimennysverhot, tuuletin sekä viilennyslaite. Valoisa hyvin varusteltu keittiö.

We call the apartment "Top of the Lake" due to its views of lake Näsijärvi from the 13th floor. The apartment has two balconies, offering amazing lake and city views. Our two bedrooms offer high-quality mattresses and linen, as well as black-out curtains, and can sleep up to 5 people. We offer one free parking spot for guests (no EV parking).
