Relax and have fun with the whole family at this place. The sea is a 3-minute walk from the house (300 meters) and there is also a private pool! Unlike other locations in the region, this house offers privacy with the gourmet area and the swimming pool for the exclusive use of you and your family. The street is the best in the condominium, with access to the first walkway to the beach, a children's playground with a zip line and a lot of tranquility. The rooms have air-conditioning, as well as great beds (one king and one queen size).

A large garden where you can take your pet and parking. Inside the house, you will find a super-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, electric iron, microwave, blender, etc. Four air-conditioned bedrooms, a TV room with Wi-Fi, and 3 bathrooms.
