The windows of this room are almost full-length, providing plenty of sunshine, but they also have drapes and original shutters. Wonderful open concept 2-story in the heart of Longfellow. This is my personal home and is available while I’m traveling. It's close to Light-rail, a Nice Ride station, downtown, restaurants, grocery, and the airport. You’ll love my place because it's bright, has an open floor plan and makes wonderful use of outdoor space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The 400 sq ft main floor 3-season screen porch is where I spend most of my time.

The New Victorian Penthouse is our newest and most unique offering! Our Penthouse is a unique 3rd-story apartment above an 1880s Victorian Mansion, once deemed the “servants quarters.” This apartment is a surprisingly spacious, yet cozy 4-Bedroom, 1-Bath residence with a large living room, sunny kitchen, and in-unit laundry. Be advised, it’s 3-story walk-up! (No elevators in this old lady.)
