It is a sustainable wooden house with a large covered terrace overlooking a small lake, a small beach, and a dinghy that you can row in. Modern family villa with a view - close to Aarhus

Vores skønne dobbelthus er fra 2015 og er stilfuldt bygget og hyggeligt indrettet. Vores naboer er søde og rolige og kvarteret er roligt og grønt, med cykelafstand til Aarhus Centrum via Brabrandstien. Huset har alle fornødenheder man skal bruge som familie, herunder fire værelser udover stue, to toiletter, køkken, bryggers og multirum. Det er tilladt at bo maksimalt 2 voksne og to børn i vores hus. Lokalområdet er helt forrygende med let adgang til natur, legepladser og indkøbsmuligheder etc.
