Die Fewo (85qm) Waldeck ist direkt am Waldrand und befindet sich im EG meines 2-Familienhauses. Sie ist über einen separaten Eingang erreichbar. Das Wohnzimmer hat eine ausziehbare Eck-Schlafcouch & ein separates Schlafsofa. Der Zugang zu Terrasse & Garten möglich. Das Esszimmer besteht aus einer Essgruppe für 6 Personen. Eine vollausgestattete Küche ist auch vorhanden. Das Schlafzimmer ist eingerichtet mit einem Doppelbett. Das neue Bad ist mit Dusche und Waschmaschine ausgestattet.

Find tranquility in our new and cozy apartment with a sloped roof and air conditioning. In the living room, you will find a comfortable seating area as well as a projector for relaxed hours. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, and kettle. The bedroom features solid bio-wood furniture and a comfortable double bed. The bathroom offers a shower and a toilet. Upon request, our pool table can also be used.

The house has a total area of 64 m² (688 sq ft), spread over 2 levels. On the lower floor, there is a bathroom with shower, an adjoining room with a washer/dryer, a hallway, and the kitchen. This kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher, oven, stove, toaster, coffee machine (Senseo), and a kettle. The bedroom and work area are located on the upper floor. This room is equipped with a couch, a double bed (5.2 feet wide), a wardrobe, a desk, a flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi.

Das Oberdeck bietet auf 18 qm ein Sonnendeck mit Lounge-Bank, multifunktionalen Hockern, Liegestühlen, Sonnenschirm und Gas-Grill.
