Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The apartment is only for people who study, work or attend practices in Salzburg or who come to Salzburg for family-related or other non touristic reasons. I am NOT allowed to rent it to tourists. The apartment is very light and friendly. It provides you with a breathtaking mountain panorama, with tranquility and comfort. The center of Salzburg is in walking distance (20-25 minutes) and can also easily be reached by several busses (5-10 minutes).

The approximately 90 square meter apartment is on the second floor of a 2-family house with a separate entrance. There is a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a separate room with a slightly smaller double bed (160 × 200 cm). There is also a fully functional kitchen and a washing machine in the apartment. We are always happy to welcome new guests. Bikers are also very welcome here!
