Sanguinet – Biscarrosse bike path. between lake and forest. Beyond that, the ocean is 20 minutes away, Arcachon and the Dune du Pilat are 30 minutes away. Our pool and its surroundings will be accessible to you for shared use.

Lovely little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you'll be steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our small house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and we are happy to share it with you!
