This is our newest 3-bedroom apartment in the same building - completion in June 2023. It is on the 4th floor (no elevator) and has 3 bedrooms, 1 sofa bed and 2 bathrooms. Centrally located in the historic heart of Santa Marta, 2 blocks from Parque de los Novios and 3 blocks from the sea. The new double glazed windows ensure a peaceful sleep in an elegant atmosphere. The kitchen is well equipped and has a stove, oven, toaster, blender and coffee maker.
