Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

From this accommodation you can reach all the important places in no time. Within 3 minutes' walk you can reach the supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a restaurant with beer garden. In the city of Kempten you can reach it in 5 minutes by car, a bus stop is within sight. The apartment (90 sqm) is on the 1st floor, is very bright and spacious. The terrace overlooks a fauna-flora habitat. Within a few kilometers you will find hiking trails, lakes and ski resorts.

The newly renovated and expanded apartment is located in the heart of Füssen, in the middle of the romantic pedestrian zone. All shopping facilities are within close range. The train station is a 5-minute walk away. City and region offer endless leisure activities. Hiking, biking, swimming, winter sports, everything is possible seasonally. The castles of King Ludwig II are four kilometers away. Larger shopping cities are Kempten, Kaufbeuren, Augsburg, or Munich.

In 15 minutes, you can walk to Hohenschwangau, then choose between Neuschwanstein Castle and Hohenschwangau Castle. A supermarket can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Arrival via the A7, exit Füssen, then keep following the signs "Königschlösser".

The apartment is located 15 minutes from Füssen, where you can do many leisure activities, and only 20 minutes from Kempten, ideal for shopping, eating out, and much more. In the adjacent hotel, spa and pool visits are possible for the whole family (for an extra charge).

The small apartment is on the first floor of my grandparents' craft house. It was the workshop of the leather pant maker alarm in Füssen. It is for lovers of ancient, quaint walls. The apartment is located outside the gates of Füssen on a slope up to the city wall. Within walking distance you are in the middle of the old town with its hustle and bustle or in the picturesque mountain landscape of the Ostallgäu.

The wonderful oldtown offers you all kind of activities you would like to do. The litlle city is worldwide known for its romantic charme. You will love to discover this jewel of an old town, founded by the romans.

Our mountain oasis in a dream location

We have lovingly renovated our small mountain oasis and would be delighted to welcome you as a guest. Enjoy a unique mountain view, both from the bedroom and from the living room. Dogs are welcome and cost €25 per dog per stay. The tourist tax of €1.90 per day/person would have to be paid upon departure.
