NOTE: Appropriate for 2 adults + 2-3 kids Blue Tide is one of the most sought-after properties on 30A, especially after its 2023 exterior renovation. It's situated between Alys Beach and WaterSound/The Big Chill. This large 1-bedroom, ground floor sanctuary is just 15 steps from our private beach access stairs and private beach. Just walk out of the door and onto the beach! It doesn't get much better than that!
