'the Hut' is located in a safe woodsy & quiet area of single family homes. We are close to downtown Seattle & the waterfront (Lumen Field is 6 miles away, Climate Pledge Arena is 4 miles, the waterfront is 2.5). Many restaurants and grocery stores, as well as Discovery park are within a mile or two. It's a stand alone home with a queen bed & a private entrance. Parking is easy & the bus (#24) is a block away. Please note-for those that may have mobility issues-there are a few steps to navigate.

Cute Beach Cottage

A no-frills cabin feel at a rustic house on the Salish Sea w/ private beach. Park and walk down trail (220 steps, must be able-bodied.) You are right on the water! Full kitchen, Keurig coffee machine (bring K-cups,) microwave, oven, fridge, hot water maker, water filter, washer/dryer, tub/shower, deck w/ BBQ. You will need directions. Trail lights upon request after dark. (This is not a party house, no pets or shellfish digging. Young children not recommended due to stairs.) Strong cell signal!

Our cottage has an open loft style floor plan. Spacious, quiet, and light filled. 1.5 baths and 2 stories. Modern and elegant finishes on everything. Main floor has 1/2 bath off kitchen, and there is a full bathroom with shower near the bed located upstairs. It is a stand alone “guest house” in the back yard of the main house. Nestled between the barn and the milking parlor is The Creamery; a relaxing spot to spend a few days far from the rigors of the city. Here we made Dinah's Cheese for years, and now you can enjoy the sunrise from the comfort of your plush bed, warmed by the thick down comforter. The French Limousin cows may come up to your bedroom window, curious as to who is sharing the pastures this morning. The quiet will be startling, with little noise but coffee brewing in the kitchen.
