For those who wish, many beaches offer various facilities to their customers for a fee, just a short walk away. There are many options for day trips in our surroundings (Ephesus Ancient City,Şirince, Çeşme, Alaçatı, Urla, Kemeraltı) On the beach in front of our house, there are courses where you can get Surfing, Diving, Sailing training for those who love these sports.

Our house was opened in September 2023 and all items are zero. Washer and dryer available. In our 2+1 house in the center of Seferihisar, there are 2 separate rooms with 2 comfortable large beds 160x200. There is a seating group in the living room. The furniture is Kelebek Mobilya. Our house, which is 5-10 minutes by car from the sea and historical points, has a large balcony, full-size oven, coffee machine, tea maker and stove. Your house has a stylish bathroom.

It is the second floor of a 2-storey summer house with a view of Sığacık Marina, on the street, close to Sığacık beaches and shopping places. It is fully furnished. There are 1 double bed and 2 single beds. 1 additional single bed can be provided. Points to note; Pets are not allowed. A reservation of at least 3 nights is required. Due to its quiet location, loud music and excessive noise should be avoided. No smoking in the house.
