This detached villa with swimming pool is located on 1.200 m² ground, in the middle of a forested hiking area. From the villa you have a beautiful view on the sea, the port, the mountain Montgó, and the village Jávea. The house is ideal for four people coming to vacation in Spain. The house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The rooms has four real beds The beach and village are easily accessible by car. One can choose between several sand, pebble, and rock beaches. Jávea has its own golf club, tennis club and manage. Bicycles can be rented at the port, which also contains a sailing school. This lovely spot filled with sunshine is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the holiday feeling at the Costa Blanca.

Our tiny cabin enjoys spacious, wide open views and peace and quiet. Located approximately 30 metres from an outhouse, and 100 metres from the showers. The compact kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, gas-burning range, plates, glasses, a coffee maker, etc. The sheets, blankets and bath towels are included. Also included is an electric heater. With an electric heater the temperature is snug and cosy even in the coldest months. Firewood for the wood burning stove can be acquired at an additional cost. For one or two guests.
