Slow down and experience country life on our little plot of land. The cottage is located on our 6 acre property with a tree-lined view with cows in the pasture from the front porch and a sweet view of the ducks in the pond and sheep grazing from the bedroom window. We have two Great Pyrenees dogs, 2 cats, and chickens. There might be occasional barking. If prolonged, we will bring them in. Fully stocked kitchen. There is always plenty of coffee, coffee creamer, and homemade scones for breakfast.

Experience a taste of New Orleans in Sweetwater! RECENT REFRESH & NEW HOUSEKEEPER. You will be close to everything at this centrally-located upstairs apartment. Please note, there is no elevator. Spread out in 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths plus full kitchen, spacious living room with sleeper sofa, balcony. Enjoy lightening fast WiFi, walking distance to shopping, restaurants, pubs, the visitor center, etc! Two blocks to Sweetwater hospital. We welcome any length of stay and are pet friendly($30)

Tucked away in a wooded cove, this private studio Cabin has all the decor you would expect from us. It is near the other studios, so bring a group! Hot tub and beautiful stone electric fireplace, 65" Smart TV with Fast Wi-Fi, full kitchen, washer and dryer, foldout queen sofa, bathroom, and lovely appointments on the porch. Slip under the covers of the huge King size bed and sleep in as long as you want. Even if you are not a fisherman, you will love this for a getaway. Pets are welcome.

Cozy Cottage on Peacock Farm

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis minutes away from Downtown Athens and Tennessee Wesleyan University. Attractions in Knoxville, Chattanooga and the Hiwassee and Ocoee Rivers are less than an hour away. Only a little further to Dollywood and Gatlinburg for any tourist activity you can imagine. The cottage offers a kitchen, queen size bed, TV, DVD player, and washer/ dryer. *Currently working on getting wifi in the cabin and there are not any actual peacocks on the farm.

Our 3 acre property is wooded with many magnificent trees and a small creek making it a park-like setting while being in town. Great for visitors of all types with easy access to shopping, hiking, white water rafting, fishing and much more. We are near many destinations including, The Smokey Mountains, Tail of the Dragon, The Lost Sea and numerous wineries .
