Electricity is limited - solar panel. There is a boat on the river (Sharka) paddles are inside the cottage. The fireplace is in front of the cottage. The heating is handled by a fireplace and an infrapan. There is a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed for two. The garden is large 777m2, has only one neighbor and is all fenced.
