The windows of the apartment overlook a quiet courtyard, imbued with the spirit of old Odessa. The apartments are fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. At the entrance to the courtyard of the house, near the gate there is a parking lot. Within walking distance there is a 24-hour supermarket and pharmacy, as well as trendy bars and restaurants. And of course, the famous Pryvoz market is nearby!

Our cozy apartment is located in the very center of Odessa a few minutes from Deribasovskaya street, in a quiet courtyard of old Odessa. A well-lit street with lots of green trees and cafes where you can have a cup of coffee and get some fresh air. The apartment itself has everything you need for a comfortable and hassle-free vacation. This is a two-floor apartment – on the first floor, there is a studio and kitchen with a folding sofa and a huge bathroom; on the second floor, there is a spacious bedroom with a large window.

The apartments are rented daily and long-term (price is negotiable). The apartments are under security (when leaving the apartment you can set the alarm for your apartment using the remote control, and you can also call security by pressing two AB buttons on the remote control, there is also 24-hour video surveillance in the lobby)

The apartment is in a historic house on Pushkinska.

The studio is 25 sq.m., located in a historic house on Pushkinska Street, a few blocks from the railway station, near many shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. The renovation was completed in April 2023.
