Separate house with room, kitchen, bathroom and sauna (47m2) In the room there is a sofa bed for two and a single bed (two children at different heights) In the kitchen there is a stove, oven, fridge, washing machine,dishes. The lovliest cozy nest ever seen!

The house is situated 2 km outside Tartu in a picturesque location with the view to the woods and surrounded by 2064m² of lawn. You can enjoy barbeque, go to sauna, swim in the pond, listen to good music with your own pleasant company. There is plenty of room for free parking. Decent discgolf course is in the backyard!

You can stay like at home in this quiet and very well located place. You have access to all the amenities - a quiet and comfortable bedroom, a home office corner, books, a fully equipped kitchen. This is my own home, which I rent out while I'm away for work.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
