We, a family with a child, dog, cats and horses, rent a cozy studio on the ground floor of our house in ST NIKLAUS (NOT LOCATED IN ZERMATT!!!) Check in from 3 pm!! Private entrance on the ground floor of the house, incl. Parking and garden seating - rural surroundings. In winter, we recommend arriving only by 4WD car due to snow!! 20 min WALK from St Niklaus station (up & downhill - way direction see in our profile!) NO TAXI OR BUS FROM THE TRAIN STATION!! No Smoking!

In a prime location in the centre of Zermatt and right next to the Sunnegga cable car is this sun-drenched penthouse with a breathtaking view of the village and the Matterhorn. Our renovated studio is centrally located, 5-10 minutes' walk from Zermatt train station. Climbing the stairs to the house (90 steps) is always worth it, because the accommodation is characterized by a lot of brightness and a view of the village. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, the apartment is equipped with a bathtub, a cozy sitting area and a 1.80 m bed. A TV with Apple TV box and free Wi-Fi are available, as well as a lockable ski storage room.

My place has great views, is close to restaurants and family-friendly activities. You'll love my place because of the proximity to all the railways and the village. My place is good for couples and families (with kids, there are cribs, high chairs and toys available). The house is not on a slope. Very good access.
