Green Mountain Site

You have privacy in our space because there is only one cottage in the area where the house is located. We live just below, which does not affect the privacy of the guests. Towels and bed linens are available. Maximum number of guests: 3. We provide a single mattress for the third guest along with bed linens and a bath towel as well! In our kitchen, there are utensils, a sandwich maker, a blender, a four-burner stove with an oven, a minibar, a refrigerator that is outside next to the barbecue, and also a fondue pot. We also provide salt, sugar, coffee powder and detergent. We also have water for sale at our location. We don't have a filter. The TV has no open channels, only Netflix, Amazon, Globoplay, YouTube… We also have basket, towel and utensils to make pique-nique. Quiet neighborhood, few houses around, making the environment more private and quiet. The road to the location is a dirt road. Depending on the season, there are some potholes on the road due to rain. Any car can access the place. It is approximately 8 minutes on a dirt road. The place is integrated with nature. Frequent doubts: - We don't have air conditioning - We don't have a hairdryer - The chalet is not surrounded around it, only around the property who takes your Pet needs to keep an eye on it. - Any type of car arrives on-site. - It has restaurants, market and bakery nearby (approximately 10 min) - Uber arrives on-site, it is only not possible to stay out mainly for the night as Uber on-site is limited.

Welcome to Casa Bem Viver in the Serra. The perfect place to relax in safety and style. 2 en-suite bedrooms: double bed + extra bed, closets, and hot/cold air-conditioning. Living room: TV, half bath, open-concept kitchen with glass doors that, when opened, integrate the gourmet veranda into the decorated space. In the garden: private jacuzzi and floor fire area. In addition, enjoy the condominium's leisure area: a sand tennis court and a common area. Pool and sauna on Saturdays/Sundays ONLY with a lifeguard on duty!

A beautiful mountain house, where you can spend time with family or friends, with a large living room and three bedrooms where you can create memories together. In addition to a garden, vegetable garden, a small pool and barbecue grill. It's a place to rest. The outdoor area is shared with my family and a small house that we rent. Our space is spacious, sunny and accommodates people very well. Everything is Sanitized. 10 minutes from downtown, 7 minutes from the bus station. Residential place.
