Comfortable summer house (120 m2) in two floors with 75 m to the beach. Master bedroom with bathroom upstairs in a mezzanin facing the sea. Second bedroom and bathroom with cosy furnished patio towards open terrace with grill-place in the back. Spacious, open living room with 6 m to the ceiling integrated with open, fully equipped kitchen. In the front is a paved driveway for 2 cars in line and a welcoming, furnished terrace facing a beautiful garden with a small pool and an outdoor shower.

Our apartment features a private pool, and private and free parking. The resort is perfect for relaxing.

My flat, inside the Ubaia Residence, is new, located 800 meters from downtown Pipa. It has a private penthouse with an external staircase, with a Jacuzzi, shower and sink, with a full kitchen with a sun lounger, and an elevator for the disabled that goes up to the apartment. The flat is composed of a balcony with a full kitchen with everything (fryair and blender), a living room with a sofa bed and cable TV with internet, and another room with a double bed.
