It is located in a quiet environment rich in nature where you can feel the changes of the four seasons close by. The host lives in the house, but the shared spaces are the entrance, living and dining room, and kitchen, and the private spaces such as the bedrooms and shower room are for the exclusive use of guests. There are also three toilets and three washrooms for a maximum of eight people, making it easy to get ready on busy mornings. The price includes a TKG breakfast made with local ingredients. You can also have a barbecue, fire, or fireworks in the garden. You can also do laundry freely during your stay, and you can use the drying area and dryer for free. Limited to one group per day. With gorgeous views of Lake Biwa east, forests and mountains nearby, we are surrounded by nature. Biwako Valley ski & scenic resort is nearby; Kyoto is just 35 minutes away by local train. Hiking trails are nearby, Lake Biwa 1 km away. Guests are welcome to interact with us, and our dogs, upstairs. If coming by train, inquire about us picking you up at Horai station before reserving. This is a residential neighborhood but we arrange rides down and up. Due to regulations, we can't serve dinner.
