The property is located just about 5 minutes from Heimdal city center, with its shops and restaurants, and about 20 minutes from Trondheim city center and Nidaros Cathedral. Ideal for families, groups of friends, or colleagues looking for a comfortable stay with plenty of space.

Quiet area with great hiking opportunities along Ladestien, bathing areas and City Lade shopping center nearby. Right next to the apartment, you will also find the Nyhavna bistro bar and café. Good bus connections to the city center in about 10 minutes. Free parking in a small public parking lot (approx. 10 spaces); availability not guaranteed.

Cabin by the lake

Enjoy a stylish experience in a centrally located place. The cabin is located right on the seafront just a few meters to the lake/boat/beach life. The famous Frostastien trail runs right outside the cabin area. The cabin is located on the upper row with a great view. If you wish to rent bed linen/towels, you must notify us in advance so that this can be arranged. This costs 250, - per person. If you want to rent a boat, there are opportunities for this 5 min away by car. Let us know and we can pass on contact info if you are interested.

Large bedroom with double bed, and sofa bed in the living room for two people. Bed linen supplied. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Washing machine in bathroom. Smart TV and wifi. In the street you park your car for free. It is 5 km to the city center and 5 km to Granåsen, with very good bus connections and grocery stores nearby.

Wood-burning stove provides cozy cabin fun:) Inlet water for shower and cooking (drinking water can be found on cans) Skiing right behind the cabin, fishing water about 10 min hike away. Canoe and nintendo switch available. There is no Wi-Fi, but good 4G and 5G coverage. Very good sun conditions - summer and winter. Charcoal grill can be found on the terrace and fire pit for pleasant evenings stand by the view.

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)
