Wildkogel Arena is about 5 minutes away, Kitzbühel ski area approx. 15 minutes Gerlos-Königsleiten, Zell am See/Kaprun about 25 minutes.

Enjoy beautiful days in the imperial house with a garden and wonderful views of the mountains. A 200-year-old wooden house was demolished nearby and rebuilt next to my house. The new (old) wooden house was restored very ecologically and up to date This studio was lined almost exclusively with old & new wood - you can still see the old craftsmanship Nevertheless, modern features such as a projector and Alexa voice control are also built in.
