We will do our best to accommodate you. Set up / turn down for the bonus bedroom/sitting room (90cm x 200 bed) is upon 24 hour ADVANCE request provided that you have paid for the additional guest. We will only do this if you request, otherwise, the additional bedding, towels, etc will be placed in the room for you to set up when you require. Baby chair (1 provided FREE of charge). Bottle warmer, baby monitor available free of charge upon request. As much as we like a good party, parties are not allowed. There is a security system in place for the house with two cameras (one in living room, one in entrance hall). These cameras are only activated when alarm is armed. There is a privacy shield which you can utilize to cover the camera for your comfort. We will do this prior to check in.

Cozy 1-bedroom apartment located in the heart of the Salamanca neighborhood (Madrid's Golden Mile). BEDROOM: The bed is 135x190 cm. There is electric heating and a large built-in closet where you will find two sets of bath towels (two hand towels and two shower towels) and an additional duvet. Upon request, you can get an extra set of sheets or towels. There is also an iron and ironing board. LIVING ROOM-KITCHEN: LIVING space with integrated kitchen with breakfast bar and two benches, with individual hot/cold air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, tall fridge with freezer and has kitchenware such as a coffee maker, kettle and toaster. It also has a handy broom with some cleaning tools. Bright, south-facing home in a quiet central neighborhood, just 600 meters from Retiro Park. Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. There’s also the option to join them and form a 180 x 200 cm bed (King Size), suitable for a couple.

My home is located in elegant Chamberí district, in Central Madrid, with direct underground connections to the airport, all historical landmarks (Royal Palace, Prado Museum, Gran Vía...) and both high-speed-train stations. It has a 35m2 living room, a 12 metre long balcony, a kitchen, a bathroom and bedroom. It is very sunny, has beautiful views upon a palace and gardens, and not a single step from outside. This is my own home, where I live myself when in Madrid, so it is very well equipped.
