The cabin has a wood-burning stove, electricity and water, but the toilet is outside in a separate building. It has a main floor, a loft, and a basement. No interior staircase to the basement. The basement has a bathroom with a sink and shower (small water heater). 5 bedrooms: 1 room with a double bed 2 rooms with 1 bunk bed per room (in the basement) 1 loft with mattresses for 5-8 people 1 bed in the living room Sætra is located 5 km from Highway 15, along a private road, without TV, Wi-Fi or telephone coverage.

Grounded farm

Modern apartment about 2 km from Lom city center. It is idyllically located on a farm with a nice outdoor area. There are many hiking opportunities nearby. Everything from trips right out from the residence and longer trips such as Galdhøpiggen and Besseggen, Jotunheimen, Reinheimen and Breheimen national park with many mountains. For those with skis, there is access to a ski shed with “skiwise” to take care of the skis. There is a garden and lawn around the house and it is easy to walk down to Lom city center. We are a family with children with active children. Some noise must be expected.

We live on a small farm with livestock and kitchen garden. On the outskirts of the yard on the farm there is a single-family home from 1979. The house is family friendly and has great views. We rent 3 bedrooms and associated common rooms from September to June and 5 bedrooms in July and August. With a nature reserve and 5 national parks around us on all sides, it is a good starting point to spend your vacation here. Great hiking terrain, short distance to Grimsdalen a farm valley with free range livestock and a rich plant and wildlife.
