Warm, bright apartment. In front of the Mitre train

45 m2 apartment with balcony. View of the very nice and wooded Nuñez ravine. One block from the Rivadavia station of the Mitre Train that runs through the city to the Micro Centro in 15 minutes. Very bright and comfortable. All accesses are very easy to take. Equipped kitchen and bathroom, very safe access since there are police constantly at the door.

Single room for 1 in a family house

It's a very comfortable house. Warm in the winter and cool in the summer with 2 stories and a playroom. We have bicycles to share though the train station is only 15 blocks from the house. There's a shopping mall at a walking distance. The area is safe and quiet and the neighbours sociable and kind. We have 2 television sets, Wi-Fi and Netflix
