We are 2 blocks away from 5ta avenida, 4 blocks from the beach, 2 blocks from playa’s favorite taqueria-Fogón, and across the street from a major super market. Basically, everything is within a 5-10 minute walk. Mamitas beach is a 15-20 min walk Palmares is a new constructed building, with 24 hour security, two shared roof top lounges.
