The pool has been completely renovated and is absolutely beautiful! This very clean condo (some say motel like bc of parking lot and kitchenette) is walking distance from some of the area’s best restaurants and hangouts! The Intracoastal Waterway and bridge to Wrightsville Beach are 200ft away. This unique location allows you to watch the boats navigate the waterway and see the sunrise. Unit has kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, hot plate burner, toaster, and coffee maker. Fully stocked with towels, linens, kitchenware, and coffee. Great Pool area with lounge chairs & shower. This private studio includes a full kitchen, queen bed, and a custom twin daybed, plus great outdoor space. Enjoy the front porch or unwind on the screened-in back porch with a fenced yard. We welcome up to 2 dogs, just include them in your booking and make sure they’re respectful of the space.
