Raft "Alice" on the nicest part of Lake Perucac 72m2 on two levels. On the ground floor there is a living room with a corner sofa, a bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, cutlery, dishes, sugar, salt, oil, tea, coffee...). In the gallery there are 3 single beds and 1 double bed (linen, towels, blankets...), TV and wifi. On the spacious terrace there are 2 barbecues, sun loungers and lazybags for relaxation, as well as a wooden table with a bench and chairs. The water is technical, not for drinking. Parking provided

The house is placed on the floated (but anchored to the bank) terrace 8x8m, which has steps to enter the water directly. To reach the platform from the bank, a small boat is used.
