Das ganze liegt in mitten eines schönen Gartens.

On the 2nd floor of this generously sized villa, I am renting out a guest room with direct access through the staircase. The listed building is a cultural asset of national importance. It is 10 meters to the lake and the public transport takes 8 minutes to reach the center of Zurich. The WC and kitchen are shared, but there is plenty of privacy thanks to a separate entrance. The apartment is ideal for 1 couple, but there is also the possibility to sleep on a sofa.

In just 15 minutes walk included, you can be anywhere in the heart of the city. It is a simple stay at an accordable price, if you want to move in on a long term basis (& year l’été) the rent is 2 500 charge included.
