The flat has a generous space of 160m2 boasting 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms, and a huge living room. It has a capacity for up to 8 people. The gallery and 2 balconies are not to be missed! This cozy apartment includes Wi-Fi, cable/smart TV, and AC. The apartment has a spacious living and dining rooms full of light with a lovely view of Barcelona, ideal for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The decoration is modern with an antique touch and is a cozy place to call your temporary home. The apartment is Primero-2. All the apartment is yours! The apartment is located in an old building and as a result spaces are not well insulated. It can be kind of noisy sometimes at night since the elevator’s opening and closing doors may sound in the middle of the night, and the walls and floors are thin. FYI: One of the bedrooms has a fan, instead of an AC split.

It has been newly renovated to accommodate his needs, boasting a large kitchen counter top in an open-plan space, with hand-picked art pieces and furniture making it a warm and inviting home. It is super bright and has a wonderful terrace, perfect to sit out to eat and hang out, with views of the mountains and the sea. Si vienes a Barcelona buscando fiesta, por favor, no elijas este apartamento. Apartamento de 110 m2 para familias, parejas, viajeros de negocios, etc .... que sean tranquilos y respetuosos. Apartamento privado situado en una avenida céntrica y segura. WIFI gratis, ascensor y terraza de 10am a 10pm. Aire acondicionado. Muy bien comunicado por metro y bus. A 15 minutos andando de las principales zonas a visitar: Ramblas, Paseo de Gracia, Born, Sagrada Familia, ... y zonas de shoping.
