Built in 2023. Our A-Frame style home is located on thirty acres of maple, oak, pine & sassafras rising out of a blanket of ferns set in the Manistee National Forest. Over a mile of well maintained hiking trail winds through the woods. This peaceful setting is only a 20-minute drive to downtown Ludington & Lake Michigan. Hosting adults only, no children or pets permitted inside the A, which is designed by a couple to create a perpetually quiet and relaxing place for other couples and ourselves.

Located in the quaint lakeside town of Pentwater, our property is the perfect vacation spot any time of year. Tucked a few blocks off the main road, you'll have peace and quiet away from the crowds, but are just a short walk, bike ride, or drive to downtown Pentwater shops/resturants and the beautiful Lake Michigan shoreline/beach. We've recently refreshed the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. We also have a huge backyard, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Family summer home that is occasionally renterd. Older, modest property with no frills. Great location. Close to the beach, Mears State Park, Channel Park and downtown. Full living room, dining room, kitchen, upstairs sitting area with two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs. One and a half baths. Covered front porch. Washer and dryer. All linens, towels, dishes, utensils, pots and pans are included. Coffee maker, toaster and microwave with full oven and refrigerator.
