The Warren is set in a small wood on the farm with indoor wood burner stove.Surrounded by farmland and plenty of wildlife, there are many walks and cycle routes. There is a cosy outdoor space to sit and relax by the fire pit or laze in wood fired hot tub. The kitchen, which is a converted horse trailer, outdoor shower, are shared with the other tent on the other side of the wood. You have your own compostable loo. There are many NT houses, Bicester Village, Cotswolds, Oxford all not far away.

Glamping in style with home comforts Bell Tent

Enjoy nature in this romantic setting in either our bell tent or emperor tent with lots of home comforts. There's fresh water on tap and homemade compost toilets. Get to meet our goats and chickens. We're far enough into the countryside to unwind and quietly observe the deer and wild birds, but close enough to Crawley to not feel too isolated. Gatwick is a short distance away if you want to stay just before or after a holiday, eliminating the worry of traffic and rushing to/from the airport.

Priory Barn is situated just a few miles outside chipping norton near heythrop, we are a small holding nestled almost in the bottom of the valley. Our bell tent is the perfect escape to tranquility and we have set up camp so you don’t have to, just turn up and relax with every thing you need provided.

Tibbs Farm, one of three 5m Bell tents set within the heart of our working farm in our old apple orchard. Our picturesque farm to fork cafe is a 10 minute walk from the tents, with hearty breakfasts, tasty lunches, good coffee and homemade cakes waiting. With mains drinking water, private off grid WC and a rustic heated outside shower block. Please note towels are not provided. Our tents are available during the summer period. Whilst it is surrounded by trees, it is open and a sun trap for sunbathing. Please bare in mind this on the edge of a woodland and will naturally be darker than our sites in the meadow.
