Atypical apartment with pool near the center

This beautiful apartment will offer you comfort, calm and brightness. (5 minutes from the center and 10 minutes from the train station on foot) The two rooms that make it up are served by the magnificent 18th-century spiral staircase shared with our house. Your well insulated part of ours by the stairs consists of: -a living room with equipped kitchenette and a cozy living area. - one bedroom with its 160/200 bed, a shower and a separate toilet. From there, you have access to the shared heated pool from mid-June to the end of August.

Located 1 km from the Bateliers des Vents d'Galerne who offer, among other things, crossings of the Loire on one of their "toues" as part of the Loire à Vélo (free on certain days in summer, reservation at least 48 hours in advance). You will be close to many vineyards and 25 minutes from Château de Villandry, 18 minutes from Château de Langeais and d'Ussé, 7 minutes from Centrale de Chinon.

Close to shopping streets and restaurants, this two-room apartment is located in a small building. The street is very quiet, nearby parking lots are free. The apartment is decorated in a very comfortable and warm recycled flea market style. It is fully equipped for 4 people. The kitchen is modern, dishwasher, washing machine. The bedroom is equipped with a 160 cm bed, the bedding is new. The sofa bed in the living room is also 160 cm, new.
