It is very well located, in Bréhémont, a village on the banks of the Loire, 9 km (5.6 miles) from Azay-le-Rideau, Villandry, and Langeais (7 km/4.3 miles), and the magnificent châteaux of the Loire Valley. The house consists of 4 bedrooms for 8 people, Wi-Fi, private parking, and a heated above-ground swimming pool from May to October, depending on the weather and nighttime temperatures. Your well insulated part of ours by the stairs consists of: -a living room with equipped kitchenette and a cozy living area. - one bedroom with its 160/200 bed, a shower and a separate toilet. From there, you have access to the shared heated pool from mid-June to the end of August.

In an old school, we installed a loft in the middle of Saumur. Overlooking a wooded courtyard, you can enjoy 3 bedrooms (2 adult bedrooms and 1 bedroom for 4 children), a large living room and a bathroom. You will also have access to an adjoining classroom in which we have created a 3 m x 3 m indoor pool, heated with counter-current swimming. You'll have the option to park 2 vehicles in the yard.
