A modern bungalow with an galley style kitchen 2 Queen sized beds/Full Kitchen with dining room/Living room with TV. Close to D-Town Indianapolis, IUPUI campus the Airport, Lucus Oil Stadium, Major Hospitals. We do charge a pet fee to host for guest with pets of $25 per pet per night. The pet hosting fees will com via Airbnb as a request. We ask that pets be kept off of the furnishings and off of the beds! Longer stays of over 7 days will be sent an additional cleaning fees every week st

Cozy bungalow that lives bigger than it looks! Affordable luxury all at a terrific price! Fully private duplex has 2 stories and basement. We do allow dogs only, however I would like to know the breed & how many are staying. We do have some special "rules" for our furry friends! The neighborhood is walkable to restaurants, and very safe! Speedway boasts a low crime. The airport is close & downtown is closer! 465 is just 1.5 miles to access 465. Please no cats, or other type of pet.

The house has 3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 ensuite. There is a lounge upstairs with a comfy leather futon for more sleeping room. Off that is a beautiful roof deck with gas BBQ, firepit and dining for 6+. Also located on the same street as the famous HGTV Good Bones girls shop. Come visit Indy!
