Master bedroom w/new King sized bed, new carpet, walk in closet, and private bath with new ADA low barrier handicapped shower. Amazing water pressure! The 2nd bedroom has XL twin beds, (new mattresses) and bathroom with shower off the hall. New sofa bed in LR. Private patio with new 6 burner grill. We are on the "beach side" of town.
